We woke up this morning to this view! It looks like a storm is a' brewin' and we had planned to hit the beach and collect the hell out of some sea glass.
Conditions down on the beach were a bit better. It was warming up and a bit muggy, but still cool enough for a stroll. The water, surprisingly was quite warm.
Chairs and umbrellas were getting set up as we wandered past.
Besides a few plastic baggies and ciggie butts, the beach is relatively clean.
There was a man there meditating and doing some sort of rub your tummy and pat your face at the same time technique.
We found tiny cuttlefish....
Tiny..... goldfish?
Random pieces of wood....
And lots of sea glass and broken (smoothed by the ocean) bits of china..... An all round success!
Even though the water was warm, we left the frolicking to the kids.....
